Shepherd’s Bush, W6 – Principle Architects, Interior Design and Builders.

Top floor penthouse apartment located in Shepherd’s Bush, for anticipated build works to start in the 2nd quarter of 2022.

This is a full design and construction project managed by Dominic Payte, consisting of a complete redesign and refurbishment of the apartment with layout changes to optimise the lounge and kitchen areas.

Works will include new electrics and plumbing throughout, and new windows and balcony. Central to the finished project will be a focus on the apartment owners passion for music and extensive music collection.
