Located in a conservation area in Hyde Park, this beautiful duplex penthouse apartment needed a modern upgrade and layout changes to accentuate its stunning original features and create space.

By moving the internal stairwell, the apartment was opened up to create a spacious entrance that flowed elegantly into the reception area and dining room. With extra space now available throughout the apartment, a home office was added to the second floor.
