About Us

First and foremost, we are a restoration company. Expertise in listed buildings, including Grade I and II within conservation areas of London. Established in 2013, we are a design and build firm at competitive rates.

We have a developer’s mindset, so aiming for alpha returns on our client’s capital outlay on their projects.  Our expertise lies in solving architectural challenges and securing listed planning consents, ensuring seamless project execution. At our firm, we thrive on creating opportunities for clients, from optimizing loft space to enhancing outdoor areas.

We offer three main services.

Architecture:

As architects, our forte lies in Grade I & II listed buildings within London’s conservation areas. With extensive experience in navigating intricate challenges and adding value to properties, we bring a unique blend of expertise and innovation to every project. Led by chartered architects, our team excels in marrying traditional architectural principles with cutting-edge solutions, resulting in spaces that seamlessly combine functionality with timeless beauty.

Interior Design and space planning:

In our interior design services, we work closely with clients to create spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and tailored to their needs. Whether it’s transforming a cramped space into an open, inviting environment or incorporating sustainable materials and practices, we strive to exceed expectations while staying true to our clients’ visions – and increasing value.

Construction/Build:

As builders, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. From utilising advanced techniques like spray-plastering and spray-painting to navigating the complexities of listed building regulations, we approach each project with precision and professionalism. Our goal is to deliver results that not only meet but exceed our clients’ expectations, creating spaces that stand the test of time.

Meet our team:

Luciana Scozzina

Creative Director

Luciana gained a first-class degree in architecture and postgraduate studies in sustainable architecture and interior design in Argentina before relocating to London in 2018. She has been working in the design field since 2011 and has worked and collaborated on many projects around the world.

With experience in commercial, residential, and office design, to listed buildings and industrial construction, Luciana brings extensive knowledge and professionalism to everything she does. Quality-focused, with a strong commitment to excellence. Luciana approaches each project with a holistic view. At Dominic Payte her involvement stretches from the client’s first meeting to the delivery of the complete work.

Adriana de la Cruz Roldan

BA - (Hons) Architecture ARB, RIBA

Adriana has enjoyed a successful career across the world in architecture. Since 2019, she has been based in London where she has enjoyed considerable success working in the high-end private residential design area.

Of Spanish descent, Adriana acquired her Architecture degree in Spain where she worked for three years. Studying and working in different countries has given her an enriched global vision that combines different styles and cultures to create a fresh perspective that enhances the work she does.

Simon Baker

Director

After a successful and wide-ranging career in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, Simon expanded his portfolio of interests into the design and construction industry following his investment into a building company in 2013. This investment led to the establishment of Dominic Payte.

Simon’s knowledge and business acumen along with his personable and shrewd management provides the foundation and security that Dominic Payte is built on. A keen advocate in putting the client front and centre has helped grow the business as a reputable company that delivers quality and satisfaction.
