We recently transformed a neglected, Grade II-listed building into a stunning home, and were responsible for every step of the process of its modernization. Our Gloucester Terrace project is more than a development. It’s a representation of affordable luxury living in the area and is also a blueprint of our development business model.

The project included: sourcing the property, project management, pre-planning, structural changes such as the addition of an ensuite, and managing its sale.

The Interior Design team, with its customary use of high-quality materials and finishes, excelled in the installation of wall padding, hidden lighting, crystal chandeliers, and Grohe, Duravit, and Matki bathroom fittings.

This is now a 21st-century living space with respectful incorporation of the beautiful original features, a delightful marriage of the contemporary with the modern.
